SAFEKEY INFORMATION FOR 25-26

Exciting SafeKey news!

We are thrilled to announce that the 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) grant funds have been released for the 2025-2026 school year, therefore the RAP program will be reinstated and offered at no cost at your school site this school year. Any fees families have already paid for Safekey this school year will be reimbursed to the credit card used within the next three weeks. All dates families have pre-scheduled for Safekey for the month of August will remain pre-scheduled for RAP.

Effective immediately, the program rates will be as follows:

Registration Fee: $0.00 per student (annually, per account)
PM Program: $0.00 per day

Due to program capacity limitations and as a courtesy for signing up early, we are giving families who have already registered for the 2025-2026 school year advanced notification today that calendars for August are now open at no cost in order for them to reserve additional dates for their child, if needed. We will send email notifications to all of last year’s RAP participants tomorrow. Please refrain from notifying families about the reinstatement of the RAP Program until tomorrow, if possible.

In order to provide this program at no cost, families must still preschedule their child’s attendance and capacities will be limited to 30 students in the PM program on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the RAP program at their child’s school site reaches its maximum capacity of 30 students scheduled for the daily PM program, no other students will be able to schedule and/or attend the program.

If a child will be absent for a date that he/she has been pre-scheduled for, they must remove the date from their child’s calendar before the program start time on the day of service. This action will allow another family an opportunity to enroll for that day. Program services may be temporarily or permanently suspended for multiple absences on scheduled dates of attendance.
