Online Registration

We are ready to get you registered to attend School. It's as easy as 1-2-3. Please follow the steps below to register your child(ren) for school. Please note that online registration begins on , for all families new to CCSD and for all families that currently have a child that is attending a CCSD school.

The BLUE button is for returning students, students that have attended another CCSD school, or students that have a sibling that has attended this school or another CCSD school.

The RED button is for new students that have never attended any CCSD school, and do not have a sibling that has ever attended another CCSD school.

​Click the BLUE button if any of the following apply:

  • I am registering my child, who is already attending a CCSD school (must be done each school year.

  • I am registering my child, who is transferring to our school from another school in CCSD.

  • I am registering my child, who is a new kindergartner that already has a sibling attending a CCSD school.

​Click the RED button if any of the following apply:

  • I am registering my child, who is transferring to Warren ES from outside the Clark County School District.

  • I am registering a new kindergartner who has no siblings who have ever attended any school in the Clark County School District.

Current / Returning Students

If your child (or any of your children) has been attending/attended another CCSD school, you will need to bring the following to the office:

​​Picture ID/License or the parent/guardian

Proof of address in the form of one of the following:​

  • recent power, gas, or water bill

  • residence lease or sales contract

New Students / New to CCSD

If you are new to the Clark County School District, you must also bring these items to the office, along with the items listed above:

For proof of your child's identity, please bring ONE of the following. Photocopies will not be accepted:

  • original birth certificate

  • passport

​For proof of immunizations, you must have records indicating that your child has had, or at least started, this series of immunizations:​

  • 5 DPT shots *

  • 4 Polio shots *

  • 2 MMR shots

  • 2 Hepatitis A shots

  • 3 Hepatitis B shots

  • 2 Chickenpox (Varicella) shots or doctor's note with date that your child contracted Chickenpox.

​​* Note: One dose of DPT and polio must be on or after the child's fourth birthday.

Si su hijo/a (o alguno de sus hijos) ha asistido/a a otra escuela del CCSD, deberá traer lo siguiente a la oficina:

Identificación con foto/licencia o documento del padre/tutor

Comprobante de domicilio:

Recibo reciente de luz, gas o agua

Contrato de arrendamiento o venta de vivienda

Estudiantes nuevos/Nuevos en el CCSD

Si es nuevo/a en el Distrito Escolar del Condado de Clark, también debe traer estos documentos a la oficina, junto con los mencionados anteriormente:

Para comprobar la identidad de su hijo/a, traiga UNO de los siguientes. No se aceptarán fotocopias:

Acta de nacimiento original

Pasaporte

Para comprobar las vacunas, debe tener constancia de que su hijo/a ha recibido, o al menos ha comenzado, esta serie de vacunas:

5 vacunas DPT *

4 vacunas contra la polio *

2 vacunas MMR

2 vacunas contra la hepatitis A

3 vacunas contra la hepatitis B

2 vacunas contra la varicela o un certificado médico con la fecha en que su hijo/a contrajo la varicela.

* Nota: Una dosis de DPT y polio debe administrarse a partir del cuarto cumpleaños del niño/a.

At Rose Warren Elementary School, we pride ourselves on staffing high-quality teachers.  Therefore, all classrooms are staffed with phenomenal educators that we are sure you will be very happy with.  Although we don't accept specific teacher requests, we welcome parents to communicate those teacher qualities and traits that would assist your child to flourish.  If you have any questions about our staff or are having issued with the registration, use the "Contact Us" button to reach out to our administration, or any teacher/staff member directly.
